Data Governance Protocol

Privacy Framework &
Personal Data Handling.

As a provider of technical data infrastructure, SeoulDataScale treats information security as an engineering requirement. This policy outlines how we collect, process, and safeguard user information within our analytics systems.

Last Updated: March 29, 2026 Region: KR (South Korea)

Information Acquisition

Our intake is limited to the telemetry and identity signals required to maintain scalable environment stability and provide accurate consulting services.

Direct Identity Data

When engaging with our consulting portal for data scaling inquiries, we collect professional markers including full name, business email address, corporate affiliation, and contact telephone numbers. This information is strictly used for service delivery and technical communication.

Automated Telemetry

We monitor interaction patterns to optimize our analytics delivery. This includes IP addresses, browser configurations, access timestamps, and referral sources. These signals ensure our servers remain responsive to traffic loads native to the KR region.

Operational Artifacts

Metadata generated during the use of our technical tools is retained to improve algorithmic accuracy. This data is anonymized where feasible and never contains raw enterprise dataset samples unless specifically authorized by a separate non-disclosure agreement.
